At Keshjivanam, we aim to deliver your orders safely and as quickly as possible across India.
Order Processing
Orders are usually processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation. Once dispatched, you will receive tracking details via SMS or email.
Please note that orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
Shipping Timeline
- Delivery usually takes 5–10 business days depending on your location.
- Delivery timelines may vary slightly during high-demand periods, festivals, weather conditions, or courier delays.
Shipping Charges
- FREE Shipping across India on all prepaid orders.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, an additional handling charge may apply at checkout.

We ship using trusted delivery partners through Shiprocket, including:
- Delhivery
- Blue Dart
- Ekart
- Other reputed courier partners based on service availability in your area.
Delivery Availability
We deliver to most PIN codes across India. In rare cases where a location is not serviceable, our support team will contact you regarding your order.
Delayed or Lost Shipments
While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, unexpected courier delays may sometimes occur. If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact our support team and we will assist you as quickly as possible.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your package upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the package and product so we can review and resolve the issue.
